Very friendly staff, comfortable room, few lovely touches, bath robes. Very cosy & homely.
Home cooking was delicious & very accommodating to me being dairy & gluten free. Had a car park which is always a bonus.
Being near a railway line was not a problem & it was close to a footpath to a great beach.

Room was great, really spacious with a comfy bed and two arm chairs. The walk-in wardrobe was a real surprise. Thee was a good choice of breakfast and I recommend eating an evening meal in the restaurant at least once in any stay. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path is easily accessible from the hotel, and Tenby is only a pleasant stroll away.

Close to Tenby town and beach.
Very noisy at night, active train track one side and a busy road the other side. Also the other guests were very noisy in and out of their rooms, as there was no handle on the outside of the room door you had to let it slam shut.
