Great location. Reception staff charming ( always so bright and happy you wanted to be on whatever they were on!). Lovely old style lounge area on the first floor.

Very helpful receptionist. We knew in advance about not having a lift. Large comfortable room. Receptionist also gave us suggestions for places to eat
I liked the breakfast apart from the packeted croissants etc

Location and bed comfy
Worst breakfast ever , just a load of UHT long life bread and cakes. No eggs . Lots of chocolate stuff and disgusting looking meats . Nothing healthy as even fresh fruit was soft and over ripe.

Location , decor and staff
The ac didn’t work , it’s generally noisy, and can hear a lot of walking around from next door and the corridors, the shower overflows , the toilet seat was broken.
