The views ARE AMAZING !! its directly on the water

The room was spacious but its not that clean! Also the towels in the room are worn off, they need to change them. They can do better with the rooms honestly. Also the hotel is all stairs, you should know that before you arrive.

Beautiful location fantastic setting right next to the sea, with lovely views from the Infinity Room. Lovely sea deck ,a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Nice breakfast, the breakfast was very enjoyable. Hotel cats,a particularly sweet and charming touch. Friendly staff,the staff were generally very sweet and welcoming.

Terrible sewage/drain smell , the biggest issue by far. The smell coming from the bathroom was genuinely unbearable at times and significantly affected our enjoyment of the room. Too many influencers ,there seemed to be tripods everywhere, which took away from the peaceful holiday atmosphere. Drones everywhere ,this felt particularly intrusive and uncomfortable when trying to relax and enjoy some privacy. Poorly maintained sea deck ,the area needs much better upkeep. Useless umbrellas,the string-style umbrellas provided virtually no shade, which was a real problem in the strong sun. Serious safety concerns,large sections of decking were missing, with no balustrade or adequate protection. This felt extremely dangerous and needs urgent attention. Lack of management support ,although the staff were friendly, they appeared to need more training and stronger management support. When problems arose, there didn't seem to be a senior manager available to properly address them. Overall maintenance and oversight ,the hotel has huge potential, but the sewage issue, safety concerns and lack of effective management were significant enough to negatively impact the stay.

The breakfast was very extensive and delicious, with plenty of choice. The stunning view during breakfast was a wonderful bonus and made the experience even more enjoyable.

The only minor issue we experienced was that there was no Wi-Fi available in our room. While this wasn't a major problem, having a reliable internet connection would have made our stay even more comfortable. Apart from that, everything was excellent and we couldn't have asked for more.

Friendly staff, excellent food and breakfast. Quiet part of Kas if you like the distance.

Not a good value for money, rooms are small and old, poor bathroom, very small balcony.
