Very comfortable, perfect for families

Parking in the garage a bit difficult but doable and very important - outside parking is limited (2 hours max). Apartment very comfortable - there is literally *everything* a family with children needs. Toys and games included. The owner opens a whatsapp chat with you and answers in real-time to your needs. I will come back 100%.

Parking in the garage is a bit tricky (it’s a corner spot), but manageable with a few (2-3) manoeuvres. However, if another car is parked next to your designated space, it becomes quite challenging (up to 10 manoeuvres) and requires another person to help.

Truly amazing

A truly wonderful apartment. Immaculately clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Really appreciated the small touches such as tea, coffee, water, snacks condiments and sweets. The information from the host was outstanding. He contacted us with all the information of entry to the property and even a video of how to locate the apartment from the station. I really appreciated this as I was concerned about turning up late at night alone. The apartment was a 10 minute walk to the station and 1 stop to Disney which was very convenient. I would highly recommend this apartment to all.

Everything was Perfect !

A wonderful apartment managed by Joseph – a man with a heart of gold, always ready to help and ensure a comfortable stay. As for the apartment itself – it smells spotless, and every detail has been taken care of. The kids were thrilled to see the games, puzzles, and cozy interior! The fridge was a nice surprise to start your stay, even without any preparations. Delicious coffee, and it's close to an Aldi store and local eateries. If we ever visit this area again, we'll definitely stay at Joseph's! 11/10

Perfect apartment for a relaxing stay

Everything about this apartment is wonderful: it’s very cozy, spotless, with excellent infrastructure around, a beautiful building, and well-kept grounds. It was an absolute pleasure to spend a few days here. Staying here with children was especially great — there are plenty of activities for them, including a game console, board games, and more.

Our stay in this apartment was extremely comfortable and pleasant. The accommodation is located in a well-kept residential complex not far from Disneyland Paris, with excellent infrastructure nearby. Supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance, and the convenient garage parking was a big advantage for us as we were traveling by car. The apartment truly exceeded our expectations. It’s clear that the hosts put a lot of thought and care into every detail. Everything was very clean, hygienic, and cozy. A lovely surprise was the availability of children’s entertainment and a stroller, which we were able to use — that was especially helpful. The kitchen was fully equipped: dishes, cleaning supplies, and essential food items were all provided. We were also pleasantly surprised by a sweet welcome gift — chocolates and a bottle of wine from the host. The interior design is modern and tasteful, with comfortable beds and pillows that ensured a restful sleep. The atmosphere in the apartment was warm and relaxing.

The humorous portraits in the toilet really made us laugh — such a creative and fun idea! However, one of the portraits felt out of place… A portrait of a murderer is not something we want to see, even in a humorous context. I would much rather see his photo at a tribunal in The Hague!

Perfect location, perfect apartment, loved the balcony, Aldi just around the corner for shopping and snacks along with restaurants and bakery, close to train station for travelling into Paris and disneyland. Host very welcome and quick to replying to any messages, we can't wait to come back to stay.

Excellent Stay – We’ll Be Back!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! Everything was exactly as described and shown in the photos. The communication with Joseph was smooth and friendly, and although the check-in was self-service, the clear instructions made it very easy (also it was a big plus as we checked in quite late) The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and welcoming – just a 10-minute walk to the RER station, from where it’s only one stop to Disneyland and about 40 minutes to the center of Paris. There’s even a garage, which is a big plus if you’re traveling by car. The apartment itself is spacious, spotlessly clean, and truly equipped with everything (!) you might need during your stay. We were also pleasantly surprised to find some items in the fridge kindly provided by the host – such a thoughtful touch! I could easily imagine staying here for a longer visit – it really feels like a lovely, cozy home. We highly recommend this place and would absolutely love to return. Supper place.

Very easy to get in. Everything was send by the owner including pictures with the details. Coffee, tee, wine, sweets for the kids, butter, jam, and soo on. Everything that you need even more. :) Is like you go to your parents and you have everything there. Nice place. A bit expensive but it worth it.

Perfect family apartment close to Disneyland with perfect infrastructure (RER, supermarkets etc.)

We loved Disneyland cosy apartment! It is even prettier than in the pictures! Very comfortable bed, the couch is also comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, bathroom has washing machine and hair dryer, everything is quite new and modern. The apartment was very clean. The hosts were super helpful, explaining very detailed how to get to the apartment and then from the apartment to Disneyland. There is even a kids stroller, which you can use during your stay as well as umbrellas etc. Very thoughtful! The location is great!! We used uber to go to Disneyland, which costs around 10Eur. But you can also take RER, because Disneyland is one stop away. The same RER brings you to the center of Paris in about 30-40 minutes. Next to the building there is a supermarket Aldi and a huge shopping centre and outlet. Perfect apartment and perfect stay! We will be back!

Great apartament.

Very welcoming, warm, modern and clean apartament. Well thought of everything you need on a daily basis. Everything you needed was provided and more. Great location to the shops, bus stops, playgroung for kids. The owner was very informative and polite, kept making sure we ware ok and if everything was fine.

Just could do with a little sink in the toilet apart from that all perfect.

C.C.C. comfortable, very clean, convenient. Communication was reliable and punctual. Joseph and his job mates didn't miss a detail, the apartment is equipped with anything the hosts may need. Disneyland is one metro stop away, but you can choose to go by bus which literally stops a few steps from the gate of the complex. Very close to a supermarket a bakery and surrounded by many ethnic restaurants. We had a fantastic two days stay. We wished we could have spotted the Vietnamese cuisine (that we love) restaurant before our last night at the place, but when we did it was too late unfortunately. Thanks for hospitality.

The location was really nice. Close to Disneyland, but also in the center of Monteverain, with supermarket and nice restaurants at less than 5 minutes walking distance. We really had a great stay, and the contact with the owner (first day to understand how to arrive to parking spot, and also after the stay as we forgot a city guide in the apartment) were very fast and friendly.

Nice location. Clean place. Fun and cosy as in pictures. Grocerystore next door. (not open til 8.30 tho and closes 20.00) Used Uber to go to Disneyland most of the days. cost 15-17 euros each way. RER (train) is about half that price but you need to walk to Val D'europe. 10 min.

Anfitrion de 10, muy atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Apartamento muy confortable y de facil acceso (a traves de varios codigos para poder coger las llaves del apartamento y del garaje). Cocina equipada (incluye cafetera y airfryer), y el anfitrion deja 3 botellas de agua, algo de pasta, aceite y sal (un detallazo). TV con canales en diferentes idiomas, a parte tiene juegos de mesa para niñ@s y cuadernos para colorear. Muy cerca hay un supermercado (Aldi). Perfecto para una estancia de varios dias y poder ir a Disney.

Por poner algun pero es que se encuentar a 10/15 minutos de la estacion del RER.
