Feeding the horses each morning. The peace and quiet to have a great night's rest. Included breakfast hamper for each day of stay. Great extra facilities to cook and have a bonfire. Easy walk to feed the llamas next door property. Short 10 minute drive into Canungra- beautiful little town with great coffee.
No internet service (some people may prefer to detox from technology for a while). The mozzies were plentiful and determined to come inside the house even though it is completely screened.

Breakfast was supplies left in the fridge. Eggs, Bacon, cereals and more. Perfect for us.

Nice place and position, cleverly designed with a large out-doors area.
Our stay was marred by recent floods in the area, hence the unit had no hot water (cold shower the first night - used owners bathroom second night) grounds were not up to normal standards etc. Suspect we were just unlucky time-wise. The out-door areas were unkempt. Generally, not the value proposition offered by so many wonderful suppliers in the weekender/cottage market.
