The property needs a serious upgrade. Not worth the money

This time nothing. The room with a one person bed really is not worth the money and not up to any Dutch standard anymore

You’ll get burned in the shower due to no thermostatic faucet. You need to jump in and out the shower when someone else is using water. Is either super cold or burning hot.

The room war Full of dust. The manager said it doesn’t matter and it’s normal for them that room dirty is, although they have had a time to clean it. There was no one to do check in or out and all should do in neighbor hotel. They war really unhopeful and when we made complain they attempted to throw us out of hotel. About swimming pool is not located at hotel and it wasn’t available as they said. We called the reception that we want to us it they confirmed it and as we were there they send us to swimming pool after we showered there was a lady that said us the swimming pool is rented from outside the hotel. We dressed again and back to reception and asked them to talk to lady by themselves then after all these happened they recognized that the swimming pool is rented. All in all we did check out but they refused to get our money back. We waren just 2 hours there. We wanted not to destroy our vacation and leave. We asked the booking.com to take our money back because first of all that was the mistake from hotel and second they behaved very rudely. Tnx in advance booking.com to Support us

No shower gel/shampoo provided for 3 days (took 1 on reception, housekeeper didn't renew it). During taking shower, whole bathroom was in water.

Good location near to the town. Great breakfast with lovely staff. The lady on duty made me bacon and eggs which was lovely.

We needed to hire bicycles for 3 days and were given a map as to where to do this. We eventually found the place which was a private house, bearing little resemblance to the map given! No worries for us, but for a nation of travellers, I doubt Christopher Columbus could have found this house from the map given! A minor detail and not a criticism, but if the given map showed the hire place as 200mtrs from the B and B it would have saved us a lovely walk around town!

I have stayed at this property several times in the past, and always been very pleased; it`s in a good location.

there seems to be a shortage of staff. The buffet breakfast has always been very good on previous stays. This time, there were two mornings when items were not replaced; one day there was no meat and very little cheese left.

Superb

The location was perfect because I have family living in Oostvoorne. The bedroom was spacious and very clean, particularly the bathroom. Staff came to my room and gave fresh towels and emptied the garbage while I was away. The breakfast food was delicious and all the food was fresh. The coffee was delicious and the dining room was spacious and clean. 10/10

I would have liked a hair dryer in the room.

Good location, quiet, clean, good breakfast

The light sensor in the shower was a bit annoying, the light keeps going off while showering. For elderly people, the staircase can be a bit dangerous, as the steps are pretty narrow.

Good place to stay, however it did not meet my expectations because of the pricing of the room

Location was good, close to some rely nice towns. Breakfast was decent. and there were a lot of facility.

The Facility's were in a different building 300m away and did not feel like a part of where we stayed. You could hear everything on the hallway from your room (however it was quiet after 2200). and the stairs to the 2e level were so steep that i could only walk on them with my toes. and last, i did expect a little bit more form the breakfast for what we payed for the rooms.

If you book a room via booking.com and ask for invoice from the hotel, they refuse to give it. Hotel reception will ask you to get invoice from booking.com. Never book this hotel if you are on a business trip and want invoice for cost declaration.

Definitely worth staying

Great staff at reception, beds are comfy, breakfast lean but sufficient. There was some construction going on while being there, but I consider that positive, as I like to see that this hotel is very active over the years in making it better for their guests. Restaurants (also their own, which is very good), supermarkets, beach and gorgeous nature for a long walk or mountainbiking are very close nearby (couple of minutes walking). Definitely recommended, I'll be happy staying here (or the main hotel) anytime I am in Oostvoorne / Brielle.

Do not recommend, better pay extra 20 euros and stay in normal hotel. Photos better than reality.

It wasn’t cleaned well, spider web on the ceiling and near the bed, bathroom stinked so much we were even scared to use it.

just don’t stay in the bed and breakfast unless you have no expectations

location was pretty good.

wauw where to start. it was a different and unclean room. and instead of being helpful and try to find a solution I got a bad attitude from the reception! as I booked an extra night there was a mixup at the hotel and they already booked me out although I had my stuff still in the room!? after an annoying conversation 11pm with a horrible receptionist finally after unfortunately becoming angry and stand on my rights I received the card for my room where luckily all my stuff was still unharmed. the whole experience and the fact that I get the fault of something they don’t understand (even the proof of payment and the booking number wasn’t enough) was absolutely unpleasant!

My advice: pay a bit more to get a lot more somewhere else.

The price was low. Swimming pool area was new and nice. Location is okay, with a lot of nature around it.

Breakfast was extremely poor, not all staff members spoke Dutch. Room was very noisy, old and cheap. Bed wasn't comfortable anymore. Heater in the bathroom didn't work, cold! Heater in the room didn't work at night, cold! Jacuzzi at the swimming pool wasn't heated, cold again! The beach was too far away.

Breakfast was decent although fruit juices were rather watery.

A.Very limited number of hand sanitizers ( there was only one in the B&B building in the breakfast room). Sanitizers should be at all entrance doors,as a minimum. B.room 516 is smelly ( sewer smell)- had to ask twice that toilet area be cleaned thoroughly- apparently smell is due to room being at the end and we were not the first to mention it-f this is what causes the smell,,then this should be addressed properly C.very old / not properly maintained gym equipment with no working air conditioning in the gym. No cleaning materials in the gym.

Great to be able to use the indoor pool of the main hotel! My two dogs also felt very at home and even received doggy biscuits at arrival. Restaurant is lovely and next to nice play area for kids.
