The location was convenient, the room was spacious and comfortable and the balcony had a nice view, and the owners were ready to help if needed and spoke good english. It was a reasonable price for the quality, location, and amenities. They offered a free cleaning service throughout the duration of the stay and ensured we had everything we needed after checking in. Overall was very happy with the stay and would choose to stay again.

The check in process was confusing. After arriving we were unsure where to go as nobody was there to greet us initally. After messaging the property, they had someone meet up with us and take us through the check in process which was smooth and appreciated. I'd recommend they provide instructions next time that you should message them when arriving or have some signage stating to message them so someone can be there to greet you upon arrival. The room also had very small ants that were attracted to small crumbs so be aware with leaving out any foods, but it wasnt anything unusual for a Vietnam stay so wasn't a problem as long as food was properly stored or kept in the fridge they provided.

Номера чистые аккуратные. Тихий район, окна выходят во двор. В номере есть чайник, стаканы, холодильник, вентилятор, вода, можно приобрести снеки в номере. В ванной есть гель для душа и шампунь, полотенца, тапочки. В отель можно заселиться с животными, доплату за это не берут, но миски и другие приспособления нужно привезти с собой. Хозяйка отеля сдала нам в аренду байки дешевле чем в городе. Также доступно позднее выселение по договоренности. Отель расположен недалеко от туристического района, до озера примерно 10 минут на байке, недалеко есть продуктовый магазин.

Nice place with excellent facilities and super helpful staff. The location was a bit hard to find at first but eventually turned out to be a perfect place for relaxing or even rolling to this city’s attractions/restaurants

Nice view. Private, we have own key cards for the elevator, and the room.

The room has no sound-proof at all. Smaller than I had expected. The venue has no sign name. Hard to find.
