Everything was very well arranged and managed. The staff is excellent and helpful. Felt like a home away from home.

Home away from home. Welcoming, clean and serene. Best thing was probably yasin bhai. His cooking will make you feel right at home. Pc bhurban tasted useless in front of his cooking

Road to the hotel is probably under construction, not that long tho and manageable

The location of the facility is quite convenient, with Pearl Continental Hotel Bhurban in close proximity. In general, it is a serene and peaceful location, and the colony/area feels safe. A guard is present on duty 24/7 and the road is fenced with barbed wire. The balcony area adjacent to the room was a great plus - quite breezy and a nice place to sit and relax. The furniture in the balcony could be replaced/improved. A slide and swings are available nearby for kids to play (though the slide is placed very close to the edge and is a safety hazard). My 3-year old really enjoyed spending time on the swings and in the balcony.

The rooms require sound/noise proofing. There were several families living in the cottage the night we stayed, and some families were checking out early next morning. The families were accompanied by kids who were making a lot of noise. We were awoken quite early (around 7am) because of the commotion next door. The noise from the corridors could be very clearly heard inside the room. That caused a great deal of disturbance and discomfort as our sleep was continually disrupted by the noise and commotion outside the room. The room wasn't very clean when we arrived as there were bunches of hair and dust on the floor. Overall, the bathroom was clean, but there was mold growing on the shower curtain. The bucket and mug in the shower area could have been cleaner. The amenities/fixtures in the bathroom could be improved. Given the cleanliness condition of the Cottage, we did not feel comfortable ordering food from their kitchen (especially with the ongoing COVID situation). The reception of the TV channels/cable was quite poor.
