The behaviour of the staff was exceptional.
1. My parents had to change their room twice. The first room that they gave us had no AC even though they charged the full amount. The second room had no hot water.
2. Eventually the third room that they were given was adequate but the entrance to the washroom had a very big step which made it very difficult for my parents.
3. The wifi signals are fine but the speed is very slow. They need to increase their bandwidth.
4. They charge a hefty amount for the food which is the norm at places like this but the quantity of food does not justify the prices.
5. Not recommended for elderly and people with disabilities. Apart from the washroom issue mentioned above, the hotel is on a steep hill which would make it very difficult for them to move about.
