The spaciousness of the apartment. The view and its close proximity to the beach.
Furniture very tired. Needs a new sofa and the second bedroom needs a new bed. Could not have the washing machine going at the same time as the dishwasher as blew a fuse. Apartment in a very dated apartment block.
