The location was great for getting around on foot, by bus and train. A lot of restaurants, café and supermarkets, nail shops etc
The apartment is not to high up so using the stairs is great. There is also an elevator which was helpful with all our luggage.
The apartment is spacious and there is a laundry room
The ac is only in the living room, so you have to sleep with the bedroom doors open to cool down the room
The only mirror in the apartment is in the bathroom. A full-length mirror is needed somewhere in the apartment

Beds are comfortable
It needs a deep clean. There were fingerprints on the windows, leftover paperwork in the tv stand from other renters. The couch and kitchen chairs need to be replaced. The couch had some crusty stuff on it and the kitchen chairs have cushions that are flaking and falling apart. The shower needs a shelf to put stuff on.

We didn’t get a free breakfast.
Pillow should be comfy/soft. There should be a/c in both rooms.
