The hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely designed, with a relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. The restaurant and breakfast were both very good, and most of the staff were friendly and attentive during the stay.
The biggest disappointment was the complete lack of transparency regarding the spa facilities. The spa and treatments were actively promoted during check-in, creating the clear impression that these services were fully available. Only afterwards were we informed that the spa would not be operating.
For a hotel positioning itself around wellness and relaxation, this felt extremely misleading and poorly managed. Different explanations were given during the stay but this was a known closure for the second day we were there.
Customer service, particularly regarding communication and handling of the spa situation, was below expectations for a hotel in this price category. While some staff members were polite and management eventually responded, the overall handling of the issue felt very disorganized and inconsistent.
We also saw a cockroach in our bathroom.
