博多町家ホテル - Kamigofuku -

キッチン、お風呂、エアコンなど、綺麗だったので、良かったです｡今まで泊まった他のホテルでエアコン付けたらフィルターの埃がすごくて、子どもの鼻水がとまらないことがあったので…｡チェックイン時には、部屋の冷房もついていたので、快適に過ごせました｡ ワガママを言えば、２階にもテレビがあればな〜っと…｡

チェックインを１６〜１７時にしていたのですが、事前チェックインをして１６時ぴったりにドアの前で待機していましたが、玄関鍵のロックナンバーが分からず、直接スタッフの方に連絡して教えてもらいました｡ 結局ロックナンバーのお知らせメールは１６時過ぎに届いたので、チェックイン時刻より、前に教えてもらえたらよかったのにな〜と感じています｡

こじんまりしていて、周辺もうるさく無かったし、入る前にエアコンを付けてくれていたので良かった。

夏の暑さで仕方ないが、屋根の下を対策していれば、まだマシだったかも知れないが、とにかく2階のエアコンのききが悪いので、暑い。 鍵の暗証番号が聞いてる番号と違っていたので、何度も電話をかけないといけなかった。 福岡市の宿泊税がチェックインの時にカード入力して支払わなければならない事を知ったので、予約時に一緒に支払うようにしていれば、入ってすぐの印象も良かったかも。

家族7人で泊まりましたが、必要な物は揃っていたし快適に過ごせました。洗濯機と浴室乾燥が使えたので助かりました。

チェックインの際にこちらから連絡して、それから宿泊税の支払いをするように案内され、支払い後にまた連絡してからチェックインの仕方を教えてもらいました。もう少し効率よくチェックインできるとさらに便利だと思いました。

The property was clean, with a calm and quiet location right next to many temples. Good skincare and small utensils were provided. The apartment was good, simply furnished but comfortable. We had a lovely stay at Fukuoka but the start was unpleasant.

First of all the property did not send us the door code an hour before arrival, as they promised. We informed the property about our arrival time days before our arrival. When we arrived it took us 1 hour to get into the property. The communication was very slow. We were informed that we will get the entrance code only after paying the local tax, which could have been send to us days before the arrival. Our bank card did not accept the transaction so we had to run to the local Family market to pay. When we finally got in, we had to register every member of the party via a tablet. Sure enough, the tablet froze after taking picture of the first member. We had no time to spend another hour registering so we left to find food. The property did fix the registration for us afterwards, but the whole checking in experience was very unpleasant and unprofessional. The kitchen appliances were very limited. Very old and cheap frying pan and pot.
