The location was ideal for all attractions within central London. Within easy walking distance of Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road. The breakfast was ideal and the staff were attentive to your needs. Nice and quiet garden to sit in and enjoy a coffee. We were situated on the street side but it was still quiet through the night, unusual for London.
The room, although good, could do with a refresh. The television reception was very poor and the shower head needed replacing badly.

The location was perfect. Close to Goodge Station to get access to tousrist venues. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
The breakfast was great - scan the QR code when you go downstairs and get a filling full breakfast.
The room was cozy and didn’t expect the room to be turned over everyday so that was a bonus
We never received our access code on the day of check in - so there was a moment when we worried we wouldn’t get in (after a 24 hour flight journey)
The walls are quite thin - but it’s a very minor issue.

Spotlessley clean. Lovely hotel very central too all amenities in london. Breakfast was super. Being a keyless entry system and codes that was fine but thier was no contact with staff which was ok but if thier was a problem on a visit thier where no staff too hand, wasnt a problem for us.
Staff interaction, breakfast lady wad lovely but u even order the breakfast through an app so apart from her bringing your breakfast too table u didnt see anyone

The room was clean just big enough for 3 people and a one night stay shame about the breakfast
The breakfast area was very small and poor really soggy hash browns vegetarian sausage was not cooked proper dident enjoy it
