The property is located in a perfect spot next to Olbia airport as well as all the nice beaches of the area. The resort is beautiful, curated and the swimming pool is so big. The resort has also a private access to the beach.
The apartment we were in was not super clean. The bed were extremely hard and not comfortable at all. The swimming pool has some weird rules: no food, no drinks, no smoking, no diving.

Very nice resort. Surrounded by beaches. Simple, but nice apartments. Very nice and big swimming pool. Very nice view from the top before going down to the private beach. Private beach is walkable or you can take a shuttle transfer for free. Close (by car) to a little shopping mall and supermarket. Close (by car) to the airport. Close (by car) to Olbia city.
Not all apartments have AC. No window screens against insects/ mosquitoes. Car is needed. Majortity of beaches (not the private one) are reachable by car through sand roads.

The location is exceptional with a sensational view on the Mediterranean Sea, The gardens are beautiful and Staff are very welcoming qnd cooperative
The appartement, unfortunately missing air conditioning made our nights unbearable, the fournitures are modest compared to the proce per night
