Given how small most Paris hotel rooms are, I was pleasantly surprised by how 'big' the room was which was very welcome. facilities were good and the staff helpful.

Handy to many tourist destinations. Able to walk easily to Notre Dame,Louvre and along the banks of the Seine. Close to train station and endless places to dine.

Perfect location in the heart of the 6th arrondisement.
Furnishings were dated for the price.
You can't walk in (or out -- is this even allowed by the fire code?) without the person at reception pressing a buzzer. Three times at night the receptionist was away from the desk when we wanted to leave (once) or return (twice) forcing us to stand at the door and wait. He was not away for long, but this shouldn't be a common occurance.
