Location is perfect, for everything. Very close to Metro and very good eateries, bars etc. Staff were really good. Very welcoming and very warm. Didn't stop for breakfast so no idea on that front.
Wouldn't say i didn't like it but if your not the fittest you may want to request a room on lower floors. Five steep flights. Staircase view from the top is worth it though :- ) NB there is a lift but it is very cosy. Two people with no bags is fine - two with luggage not so fine.

Good location, staffs are friendly! Very clean. As we stay about 8 nights in total, we are upgraded to a larger room!
