Cleanliness, hospitality, facilities, quality, air conditioning, sound isolation, free parking, beauty of the green garden, price/performance, location, near to the sea and main promenade street. Best overall experience from 7 last rented properties.
All was fascinating and great, please take advice from experienced traveler and obligatory Choose that location if you wish to have the best stay experience in Palanga.

+ Comfy, wide double-bed.
+ Room was clean.
+ Had individual air-conditioner for the room.
+ Free parking.
- Curtains were thin and light, pointless to close them because it's lets all the sunlight in the morning.
- Paper-thin walls. You can hear someone close curtains. There was a crying baby, heard everything what mother said.
- Extremely loud neighborhood. Kids screaming all day next to building till 01:00 o'clock, didn't matter if you closed the window. Music in main party area in Palanga boardwalk doesn't stop playing till 03:00-04:00 in night. Had to use sleeping pills to fall a sleep. This place is only meant for people who are death (old people with bad hearing, heavy sleepers) or people who party all night and crash in bed in the next morning, but you have to check out till 12:00.
- Host barely speaks English. Doesn't read messages on Booking.com. You have to call him.
- Minor problem - place didn't have glasses, knifes, forks, corkscrew so had to go to shop to get all of the tools and glasses.
- Parking was very confusing. Drove past it 3 times, went in wrong backyard because the drive in is closed by default and the poster said something different than Arciau Juros. Street is very narrow and i had to let cars pass by and there is no way to see the poster from the car. Had to call the host to get directions.
- Parking was very tight, not for wide cars.
- TV is just a checkbox on profile, because it only contains local TV channels with no option to change language.
- Cash only (read everything what's mentioned in payment options). Nearest Swedbank, SEB bank ATM is 15-20 min away.
