David was so helpful letting us go in early as our travel plans were altered

Lovely location and facilities

The location is the positive thing about this property. The bed is very good.

There was mold in one of the corners if the bathroom, the big shower head only has a few holes where water can come out. The rest are all blocked up. There was a glass missing to put your toothbrush in and the screw was just sticking out. There was a dirty tissue on the floor under the bed. The windows are not isolated which makes it very noisy. The toilet seat was loose on one end because of a part missing. These are all simple things.

The large comfortable bed was amazing. Fantastic location. Excellent communication from owners through messages. Everything you needed for a short stay,

You do have to carry suitcases up 1 flight of stairs.

Good communication from host and fantastic location

Property is tired, really needs painting and maintenance. Shower head holder broken, which seems to have been this way for some time, bathroom door almost impossible to close, more attention when cleaning required - tablet behind bedside cabinet, very small room, shared balcony not as seen in advert, very noisy with floorboards creaking from adjoining room, people on landing and apartment above, faulty lights in room and bulbs out with main light. Very expensive for standard of what you get with misleading photos. Restaurant below is no longer La Festa.
