It is clean, comfortable and the breakfast is great. Staff is great, very friendly and pleasant. They helped us a lot, Simbad, the receptionist especially.

It is bit far from the city center if you travel without a car.

The staff were very nice and polite. The rooms looked clean, breakfast was good, they had a good variety to choose from, and we all had something we wanted to eat. Can't complain much. It was a very positive experience for us, and we will definitely back and use this hotel next time. I

The air-conditioning wasn't strong, but we still had a good night sleep. There wasn't any hand shampoo in the bathroom, it was empty. We used those little bottles they have had, so no problem at all.

A small cozy hotel with surprisingly friendly responsive staff!

The staff is polite, friendly, came to meet us when we asked to change the room. A wonderful restaurant with delicious and very large breakfasts. Free parking.

The hotel is not within walking distance of the city center. It didn't bother us because the city is small and the distances are small

All the indoor smoking, but that's a Serbian thing. Perhaps better ventilation in the dining area?

Very good

The hotel is quite big, the staff are friendly, and the rooms were good. There was a mini-bar and a kettle in the room. Breakfast is quite filling, and reasonably priced.

We didn't see an elevator, which could be a problem for people with disabilities. I would also appreciate some teabags in the room. The shower cabin was leaking a bit.

Okay for a night stop

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Shower was nice. Location was easy enough to access town centre.

They smoke everywhere, even though I wanted a non-smoking room, the fact that everyone seemed to smoke, everywhere, made it impossible to escape. On a busy road, so there's constant nose from the traffic.
