Great location, close to the beach (we timed it - less than 2 minutes walk). Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool facilities and room. The vending machine had a nice selection of drinks too!

The location was perfect, 1 minute from the beach and from many restaurants and bars, only 5 minutes from the bus station. The room was big and always very clean, with a very nice terrace. The pool was very appreciated and quiet. The staff was always available and kind. The property offers also a common bathroom and shower which was handy for our departure’s date.

Overall perfect, but there is only a vending machine and no bars at all (and no kitchen at all). The WiFi was good mainly in the pool area but it didn’t work smoothly in the room.

I stayed here with my daughter this summer and we were both very impressed! Smaragdi is a beautiful boutique hotel situated 2 minutes from the lovely beach of Perissa and Perivolos. All members of staff were very welcoming and helpful. The style and decor in the rooms, reception area, by the pool and around the grounds of the hotel are extremely tasteful and exceptionally clean. Lots of nice restaurants and bars are lined up along the beach road so there's a great choice of places to eat each lunchtime and evening. Some offer free sunbeds if you order food and drink throughout the day. Every restaurant we went to served delicious food with great service – plus very reasonably priced. The hotel itself does not have a bar or restaurant but with such a great choice of places to eat right on your doorstep it really wasn't an issue at all. Top hotel and place to stay – Five stars from us.
