The guesthouse exceeded our expectations. Santorini is a very dry island with sparse vegetation, and when we returned to our room after exploring, we felt like we were in an oasis with all these trees, flowers and a small but swimmable pool. And very effective air conditioning. The apartment is large enough with a well-equipped kitchen, which allows you to easily prepare breakfast or other meals. Parking right next to the entrance. The apartment is cleaned daily, the hosts are very nice, but also not intrusive. It takes approximately 10 minutes to get to the beautiful sandy beach. We highly recommend this place and hope to return here.
It was difficult to find anything - there could have been more cutlery in the kitchen :-)

The hosts were extremely nice and helpful - we felt very welcome. The beds were very comfortable, so we could get a good rest. The kitchenette has the basics. The facilities are very clean and our room was cleaned every day, towels were changed regularly etc.
The only thing that could be added are some more dishes / cutlery. Everything else was really great.

Hotel Georgia was a dream for us and our two children - 20 and 17. We booked them into a studio looking onto the pool with jacuzzi while we took the top floor studio with its own balcony. Georgia, herself a grandmother, was always on hand and cleaning everday besides, whilst her daughter Anastacia spoke English should we need anything translating. It really is a family business - Georgia's husband and second daughter designed and built the villa and it tells, in the tasteful lines and colour scheme.
The villa is less than a 10 minute stroll to Perissa's famous black beach and accompanying bars (including the famous Tranquilo Bar), while a bakery, Carrefour supermarket and car/scooter hire are a few minutes away. Perissa itself provided a calm base from which to explore the busier, more touristic parts of the island.
All in all, we had an unforgettable stay and heartily recommend Villa Georgia.
Nothing, except the fact that the top floor room can get noisy when it's windy, as the wind tries to come through the door and plays with the pergola outside.

No air con in the lounge area so if you are sleeping there it’s very uncomfortable
We got electric shocks from the shower meaning we couldn’t use it. We were offered another room to shower in. First we were offered a towel to use to touch the shower with but once that was wet it didn’t work. Very uncomfortable with the safely aspect.
