Great hotel, fantastic location for both beach areas, mercadona opposite, friendly staff, breakfast was excellent.
The outdoor pool area was being refurbished with numerous workmen. However instead we were given complimentary access to the 1st floor roof terrace which was amazing

Great breakfast, lovely hotel, nice helpful staff! Have been before and will go again!
The cleaning lady knocking twice on the door to clean the room. It was 10am and we felt pressured to leave the room. She was unfriendly!

The facilities,the bar ,the staff very happy to help with anything,the breakfast was very good ,a lot of options(very delicious fresh omelettes)the room it was very spacious,clean ,warm and good view .
The extra payment for the car park,not providing the free bottled water in the room every day,not providing a coffee machine or a kettle in the room.Allowing people to sneak food.It was very irritating watching people every morning sneaking food in they bags after they’ve eaten 😠But I suppose it’s not property’s fault ,it’s about us humans that we need educating.

WAS NOT INFORMED OV EXTENSIVE AND NOISY BUILDING WORKS GOING ON AT THE HOTEL UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE WE LEFT.
MULTIPLE SMALL THINGS WITH THE ROOM, FRIDGE NOT WORKING( WAS REPAIRED), BALCONY LIGHT NOT WORKING( WASN'T REPAIRED), TOILET FLUSH KEPT JAMMING
OVERALL PRETTY DISAPPOINTING.
HOWEVER, HOTEL DID UPGRADE US TO INCLUDE EVENING MEALS AND DRINKS
