Location was ideal for my stay it was clean and the bed was comfortable
The street outside was noisy in the early morning with bin Lorry’s the breakfast options were quite limited

Room was clean and well located.
The russian concierge was kind.
The price in winter was ok: 45€/night
There was some annoying buzzing sound 1-2 times every minute for 1-2 seconds. (Heating? Air condition was switched off. )
I could sleep only with earplugs.
The mattress was too hard for me.

It's nice that there is free coffee, drinks, and snacks on the rooftop. The rooftop is generally a nice area to be (probably mostly in warm seasons). The female receptionist was friendly.
The male receptionist was not able to communicate in English or Spanish and was only semi-friendly (I had to make a real effort for him to be somewhat friendly). The room was cleaned just before I arrived, but the floor was still full of dust and hair from the previous person. Maybe they don't have a vacuum cleaner. Generally, cleanliness could be improved. The WiFi did not work at any of the days (4 nights) I was there. The bathroom shelves are completely rusted out, and rust will stick to anything you place in it. The air conditioning will make noises even once turned off. The shower knob does not have an indicator of warm and cold — one just has to turn it one way, wait at least 30s and see if it will get warm or not (there was no problem with warm water, it just took time, and trying). Many little things that in combination just were a bit suboptimal and mostly easy to fix.
