The location was perfect, the room was great with good facilities. We requested a crib, which was comfortable for the baby. :)
The staffs were not so friendly. I had to carry a baby in one hand and move all our luggage to the elevator. 2 guys sitting at the reception didn’t try to help and were only looking at their phones.

Nice modern hotel near the centre of Alcoy. New, modern facilities. Very good breakfast.
Expensive hotel parking unless you find space on the street.
