Everything was superb! The location and the resort were perfect. Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always had a smile on their face. Our favorite part was the mini club, especially its extended opening hours, which made a big difference for our family. We’ll definitely be back!

Great food selection including vegetarian options. An abundance of treats, drinks and anything you could want at virtually all hours.. Amazing facilities including lovely pools, water slides and spa facilities. Hotel has direct access to a lovely beach which has lovely comfortable loungers. Good entertainment programme. Lovely, friendly staff.
They couldn't accomodate an early check in ( busy time, in season hotel was full). I wish they had taken time when we arrived to show us the facilities a bit. Also there was a discrepancy with the booking.com price and the price they wanted to charge which they said they got from booking.com approx 300 euro extra. After half hour of a fruitless call with booking.com, they called the booking manager who honoured the price we confirmed. I wish he'd been called earlier (especially after 24 hours of travel) but appreciated that he resolved the situation.

Everything outside was great.
The room was old and tired with strange smell coming from somewhere. All the good facilities need to be paid for - jacuzzi, indoor spa, and all the best beds on the beach. Food was terrible and I got food poisoning. There is no doctor on site, just the nurse. If you need a doctor it’s extra 145€. The “heated” swimming pools are cold, the heat you can’t feel at all.
