Blisko morza, sklepów, atrakcji, lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra. Duże lustra w pokojach, Lodówka w każdym pokoju.
Pajęczyny za łóżkiem, bardzo brudne materace, wykładzina poplamiona - obrzydzająca chodzenie po niej bez obuwia. Deska w toalecie połamana, utrudniała korzystanie. Zagłowie łóżka obdrapane. Drzwi stare, trudno zamykające, dzieci miały problem żeby zamknąć się w łazience. W łazience grzyb i brud. Telewizor odbierał tylko kilka niemieckich programów.
