Ogromnym plusem obiektu jest lokalizacja. Osoby przyjeżdżające na Festiwal Gwiazd mają wszedzie dosłownie kilka minut.Blisko jest też do największych atrakcji Międzyzdrojów -promenady, mola, Oceanarium czy Muzeum Figur Woskowych. Pokój czysty, przestronny. Pani z recepcji niezwylke miła i uczynna. Mimo bliskości centrum nawet wieczorem w pokoju jest cicho.
Materace w łóżkach niezbyt wygodne, ale to pewnie kwestia gustu.
