Good Hotel

The hotel is conveniently located near my place of visit. Additionally, the room was immaculate, and the Romanian lady (apologies, I don't know her name) who served me breakfast was incredibly kind and professional.

No swim pool for relaxation as I love swimming when I travel on holiday, it's one thing I look forward to enjoying.

Clean, comfortable and good value.

Good location for visiting the Ferrari museums. Easy parking. Good multi lingual, helpful staff. The hotel is old and somewhat dated. It is however in no way run down and is very clean and comfortable. In fact the majority of the area is looking quite run down. There are a number of restaurants in walking distance, and I felt very safe wandering around. What this hotel lacks in style it more than made up for in value.

One night great value and convenient location.

Great value and an amazing breakfast. Air conditioner in rooms. Staff very friendly and informative. They accommodated our requests of nearby rooms.

I was not able to add a third person to an existing room booking (booked 3 rooms) despite booking.com indicating I could make changes. I had to cancel the booking via booking.com and rebooked the room where I needed to add a child and room configuration (1 queen and 1 twin bed). The property prompted resounded to all inquiries but was strange they could not modify such request to an existing reservation.

Stay for a night, no more, double check the rooms before you accept one.

The cleaning lady was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast staff were also very helpful. The location was ideal for getting around the area and places I had on my list.

Uncomfortable beds, no heating although it's not summer yet. The hotel refused to allow heating to be turned on in our own room although I've paid for the service. the walls were too thin, I could hear the guests next door taking a shower!

Decent option for short stay in Modena

Hotel was not super new, but was ok for a short stay. The room is very big. Breakfast was well served, with quite a lot of both salty and sweet options.

The staff wasn't very friendly. Room was not very clean The day we arrived, but the next day it was better. The flush was not working well and sound insulation was not good (you could hear people walking around and opening and closing doors on the corridor).

Outdated but comfortable, good value for the money, would come again if need to be in Modena.

The room was outdated, but the beds were comfortable. The shower cabin really needs to be replaced, but the water-pressure and temperature was awesome. The room was really, really huge (we could play soccer in it). The airco was old, but worked very well. The hotel is very fancy, the room looks like it does not belong in this hotel. You can park the car for free on the private parking lot of the hotel. The area does not look safe to walk around, but for the car parking it was ok. There is a grocery store around the corner.

I have the idea that the entire hotel is renovated very luxurious, but the ended up having a few rooms that are not renovated, we had one of those rooms. They were huge, comfortable, but just look old, and the bathroom really needs to be replaced. For the amount that we paid, it was really more than ok.
