Lovely location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms with super lakeside view. Nice breakfast.
Noise from other rooms - not sound proof. Take earplugs if light sleeper.

Wonderful location overlooking the lake and right in the heart of Passignano. Really helpful staff and comfortable rooms.
The internal noise insulation between rooms left something to be desired - could hear even whispered conversations from neighbouring rooms.

Comfortable hotel, excellent beds, friendly to animals ( we have 2 Orientals). Has a good restaurant on site. Wonderful sunset. Close to all amenities and good restaurants.
