Kommunikation, Service, Frühstück, Lage. Es gab Self-Check-in für Personen, die nach den Rezeptionszeiten anreisen, hat alles unkompliziert geklappt. Digitale Gästemappe in Form von Tablet. Tolles ausgestattetes Einzelzimmer. Frühstucksbuffet, klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend und alles was man benötigt. Hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Keine Klimaanlage, dafür wurde kostenfrei ein Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt - TOP

Gute Lage, sehr zentral
Die Rezeption war bei Anreise am Sonntag nur bis 12.00 Uhr Mittags besetzt. Bar und Restaurant waren geschlossen. Beim Frühstück war kein Personal sichtbar. Ich habe den persönlichen Service eines Hotels vermisst. Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, Fenster sehr schmutzig, vor Allem im Badezimmer.
