Comfortable, clean room with a good shower.
Breakfast was good. Good free parking just outside the hotel. Friendly, helpful staff.

Great location, easy to find, Staff very helpful, lovely breakfast, plenty of choice. Plenty of parking.
Got caught out by the need to remember the access code for the front of the hotel door for after 930pm. (Resolved via our booking)
We would have liked an English subtitles option on TV but not the end of the world.
Found a very nice little Vietnamese Restaurant 'Thang Long' 10 mins walk from the hotel.
Would definitely use this Hotel again.

Absolutely everything.The hotel is immaculate. We only met the gentleman who owns the hotel as his wife was busy, he could not have been more accommodating.
Our French is very poor and because his English was not good ( apparently his wife speaks very good English), he had a gadget that translates for you.
Nothing, our stay could not have been better.
