The property is beautiful and very well maintained! Breakfast on the terrace came with a spectacular view stretching out over the Valley of Narni.

Relaxed environment, lovely host. Good base to explore local areas and sights. Plenty of nice local restaurants.

Everything about our stay was absolutely amazing—truly beyond all expectations. It felt like a dream from start to finish. The property is beautiful, surrounded by stunning countryside scenery that creates such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms, views, and overall ambiance are exceptional. Leonardo is an outstanding host—without a doubt the best service we have ever experienced during a hotel stay. His attention to detail and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, with a special mention to the lovely woman serving it, who made every morning even more enjoyable. All the staff were warm, professional, and attentive. A unique highlight was Leonardo’s car collection—he took the time to personally show guests around, which made the experience even more memorable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm, authentic, and luxurious Italian countryside stay.

WOW! what an experience TB was. My mom and I stayed here for 3 nights but then enjoyed it so much that we added another night. The villa was stunning with the staff always so helpful and kind. Leonardo gave fabulous recommendations that we would never have been able to research without him. We felt like family on how well we were treated during our stay. Umbria is such a beautiful region and can’t wait to come back!
