Location ok, between Malaga and Marbella

Filthy apartment, full of ants and bugs, no cleaning at all. Bed mattress was hard as wood, the bed itself was like a hospital bed, very bad property, I don’t understand how people rate it 8+. You can’t go to the pool without apointment which is ridiculous and either way the pool was empty because they had problems with the pipes.

Fabulous facilities within the whole resort. Spacious apartment and great pool area & we loved it.

We checked in at the reception desk at one of the hotels within the resort, so it was super easy to collect keys.

Overall we found it was great value for the money we paid. And we loved it. My only suggestion would be to make the chairs on the balcony a little more comfortable, for example provide padded seat pads. Also, there was a hot tub on the balcony, but not in use, maybe a couple of sun loungers would be a better use of space as the penthouse balcony had afternoon sun, so a sun lounger could be good addition. Also, we needed to buy a tea towel & coasters as they weren’t provided. But that’s just a suggestion. As we really enjoyed our stay at Casamaia & will definitely be booking again as it was super clean, staff were super friendly & we loved our stay!

Pleasant for a short stint but misleading location.

Great value for money. The pool was quiet and quite large compared to the other hotel pools. Rooms were nice and clean. Balcony was huge too! All rooms had an advantageous view. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The location was quite off putting. There was no mention in the description regarding the hill/shuttlebus situation or that the apartments were part of a hotel resort. The closest beach was 15 minute walk from the bottom of the resort entrance which was not ideal for my immobile grandmother.

The apartment is absolutely safe and clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful, friendly and spoke English :) Beautiful view from our terrace. Also the Spa is amazing on Level -1

Relaxation at its best

This is the place where you can switch off. Total relaxation. Nice and quiet But still within very very easy reach of everything you need. A place where quiet is king. Not a place for kids or those with kids

There wasn’t enough sunbeds at the pool and we had a jacuzzi on our balcony that we couldn’t switch on as we were told that it was only the penthouse jacuzzi that worked

A Quiet Haven

The apartments are nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the main hotels but you can access the hotels too which is great. We had family staying in the Polynesia so we could dip in and out as we wished and was nice to go back to peace and quiet. The apartment was clean and presentable and had decent facilities. There were great views from the balcony. The staff we all very friendly.

There weren't many loungers by the pool but maybe this was because the season is only just starting up. The wrist tag to enter the apartments was a little temperamental, took a few goes most times to gain access. The mattress was a little too firm for my liking but that may be a preference issue. The hot tub didn't seem to be available, we didn't enquire so maybe if we had we could have used it but it was covered and didn't seem to be any information about the use of it.

the advertisement wasn’t what is it!

the property was clean

- the Jacuzzi/spa was there but we couldn’t use it, not functioning.. as it was advertised and 50 euros a day to upgrade. not mentioned on the website! - the bed quality was very poor - the building is facing the beach but on top of a hill with no direct access so you need to drive to get the the beach, walk 15/20 minutes or get the shuttle bus.

Very relaxing and exceptional service!

The apartment has an amazing view! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort offers a variety of pools and activities. The apartment was very clean and has lots of storage.

The lighting in the bedroom was not very good. It would be nice if more restaurants were in walking distance. There are however many options a short Uber ride away.

We had a lovely time staying here. Very relaxing and very clean. Breakfast was very nice in the other hotel. Excellent service . The spa was brilliant. Thank you so much for the help .we will definitely come back again.

The place is beautiful, beautiful view, nice apartment.

The location isn’t great, to far from everything, is about 6km from Benalmadena. The taxi will cost about €13 each way but everything else was fine.

some bits were good but lots to improve on

really liked the room we eventually got but had to complain to get it - our initial room was nothing like the pictures. But staff were very accommodating and found us a nicer room with great views. the place itself had no life but luckily we had the other 2 hotels very close by so we spent our days there which were great for the kids (lots of entertainment, good pool etc). Free shuttle-bus from the hotel was great as it’s a bit of a walk to the main road. they come every few mins so quick. if you want taxis anywhere the hotel can book very quickly too.

the pool was not child friendly, there was no one on reception, the room was only serviced on sporadic days and it felt like there was no atmosphere as we barely saw another guest staying in the complex

Short but sweet

Good location and quality of hotel. Lovely balcony with hot tub and super views. Staff really helpful. Breakfast was in neighbouring hotel so not really convenient. Unfortunately hotel closes for ever in November so will no longer be available.

Breakfast and, had we known the hotel was closing down we probably would have gone elsewhere. Nevertheless enjoyed our stay and staff were really good in the circumstances.

The upgrade we got at dinner in Polynesian The activities available were amazing. Loved having our own jacuzzi.

The bed was so hard I had to sleep on the sofa. My dad was in the Polynesia hotel nada had the same problem. Extremely old mattress with the springs all messed up.

The staff were very friendly and happy to help. The rooms were big and the air con and black out blinds were excellent. Easy to fit Amazon fire stick to tv and wifi very good. The pool area played good music. The coffee made by reception was very nice. Everything was very clean. Free parking and good security. Very firm mattress - I liked it but it for everyone. Staff were exceptional.

Lots of electrical gremlins in the room. Many of the sockets didn’t work at all. Shower was good but temp regulation was hot then cold repeatedly. A lot of the decoration was tired and needs refurbishing. Breakfast was in another hotel next door and a pain to get so only went twice in a week. No kettle or coffee making in the room. Small mini fridge.

NO SPA?! Despite the hotel name "hotel and spa". Told we could pay 10 euro to use a neighbouring hotel spa, the cheek. Breakfast in ANOTHER hotel w 100 children running around, total CHAOS. No sun umbrellas by the pool. Poolside bar was closed Beds very uncomfortable. Rooms are NOT SOUND PROOF.
