Great space and lovely views, with a pool and great bar and bbq areas Staff are super helpful and responsive

Property is a bit tired and dated The stairs are a LONG and steep way up which is tricky for shopping, visitors etc

The property was lovely , and us has a family loved it and the views are amazing , I know people can moan but we’re not moaners the villa was quirky and very nice

Just the steps but we knew about that so that isn’t their fault , I got my steps in which was good haha

The pool - as a family it was nice to be in and out regardless of the time. The ability to cook meals - we ate in 3 times 2 bathrooms The space - the separate bedroom upstairs allowed for some space for the older kids View of the sea was nice Games available for 4 year old Black out blinds Kindness of staff - purchasing cakes for a birthday surprise Towels - enough for a pool / bathroom use each Washing machine was very handy with a family of 6 Correspondence in advance prior to visiting

Some things were quite dated - cushions on the sunlounger were noticeably torn / worn - didn’t use them due to this Tiles coming loose in the pool It was nice that they had cooking ingredients - herbs etc but most were from 2021, a refresh of the items would be great It would have been nice to have some toilet roll/ a couple of bottles of water on arrival. Fortunately we arrived in the day and so partner went shopping but we had to wait to have a drink / use the toilet. Struggled to find it initially had to ask neighbours if it was right address as it is quite isolated It was a little expensive in Ubers to get to the centre €30 for a van of 6 Pool too deep for a 4 year old to stand in - probably okay for 8 year old, but this meant she could not go in by herself without someone else in there

A quirky, spacious old villa for the five of us. Lovely views, especially from the tower room balcony. Excellent air con in bedrooms which was needed in July. We had a few issues which were resolved promptly by Daniela. Quiet location. We drove into Benalmádena marina to eat some evenings. Stayed local too, as the three restaurants were good. Small supermarket a few mins walk. Mercadona 10 min drive. Lots of beaches to choose from, including water sports at Benalmadena (20+ mins walk) and Fuengirola (25+ mins). We visited Estepona (1hr) and Gibraltar (2hrs).

The villa needs TLC in some areas. The kitchen is small and functional but there are no free cupboards to place food items. Downstairs toilet/ shower room does have a smell, and only my teenage son was willing to use it. The sunbed cushion covers were ripped, stained and falling apart. We didn’t use them. There are a few broken tiles around the pool area but no big issue. We thought the outside area looks bigger in the photos. Stairs (90) to villa were tough but we knew that! We didn’t use the BBQ area as not that convenient (40 steps from door) but it is shaded and cool. I left a black tee in a drawer in bedroom and it hasn’t yet been found some weeks later. Would have thought cleaners would have checked and cleaned thoroughly after each set of guests.
