Needs the Hotel Inspector to visit!

Wheelchair accessible building, the bedroom and bathroom a good size. Although you can get a wheelchair under the wash basin there are no additional aids like grab rails or hand rails to help. If they are advertising as being accessible then a little more effort would be good. Breakfast was plentiful and staff helpful.

No restaurant! One of the reasons we booked was because of this and although I did get a message from the hotel informing me there wouldn’t be one, it slipped my mind. After a long journey it felt a bit much to have to turn out again. The hotel did show me a list of nearby restaurants and we found somewhere but it was poor.

We feel like beggar ,not a guest...

The lady in restaurant has perfect service mind and she knows a little bit of english and try to help us even a lot of restaurant job is overwhlemed her...

We arrive late because our car has accident.No one in reception desk and we have to walk around and find lady in restaurant,she call another checkin staff for us.We wait for a long time,when she comes after i get my room key and she told something in Italian,she speaks no english.I try use google translate help us understand her,finally i ask the lady staff in restaurant to help us.Though i can not know italian,i feel of angrily,unpleasant behavior to that lady and to our group.I travel around the world and never see hotel staff behave to customer in such a wierd behavior. We are unlucky the whole day for car accident and we are sad we choose this hotel for a night stay...

I'd recommend this hotel

Everything was great other than some road noise early morning which was minor. Overall I would recommend the hotel and I'd stay there again if I was in the area.

Superb

Hotel familiar in location very paceful and calm. Good connection with Bolzano city center. Nice terraces with amazing views to the mountains. Breakfast was so natural and homemade.

It’s out of town but boy is that road busy. Right on the junction too. Restaurant closed. Weak wifi. No TV channels just radio.

Very pleasant owner, room was spacious and had a balcony. Breakfast was ok as well. Nice view from the balcony.

Rooms were a bit dated and single beds on a smaller side. No english TV channels on the TV.

Great place!

Great place, big room with seperate kitchen and a big balcony, nice pool, great variety breakfast, friendly staff. Several restaurants in the neighbourhood, all walking distance. Free parking.

The heavy door in the building that we were sleeping makes quite some noise while closing, so if you are sleeping and other guests use the door, it will wake you up.

charming alpine-style exterior with modern internal facilities and great views of the mountains, as well as excellent dining and breakfast menus; great that there is an elevator to reach upper floors with luggage

we only saw the notice in the lift offering fans for hire in the morning, after a poor night's sleep on a very hot night -- it would be helpful if the notice was in the room too

Very friendly staff, lovely large room, very comfy bed, parking, lovely drinking & eating area outside, great choice of drinks and lovely food.

Our shower was over flowing after my wife used it upon our arrival, we were very very hot on our motorcycles last week. Before taking my shower i had to unblock the shower. It was full of hair & gunge, quite disgusting. I did take a photo and show the owner who was very opologetic.

Very nice surprise, much better than expected.

Excellent location while travelling from Bolzano towards Merano. 2 mins from the main road, yet a very quiet and pleasant place for overnight and more. Extremely helpful staff at the reception, happy to assist, recommend and do whatever needed to help customers. Very nice nearby places to hike and visit.

Good place for motorbikers and/or cyclists

Very nice staffs, speaks english. The rooms are clean and big, the breakfast is good. The hotel's restaurant is also very good, they have many different foods. The hotel is ideal for motorbikers they have an own guide with ideas for shorter and longer italian trips. Cool.

Our room does not have climate (not needed, the temperature was perfect). The beds are bit soft, not sure fits for everyone.

Great hotel in Südtirol

The rooms are newly renovated, very clean and big. The stuff is very friendly and takes care of everything. Great breakfast! The location in Andrian is very good for trips in the region.

Exceptional

The hotel is located in the centre of the little village, not far from the main route connecting Bozen and Meran. Good overnight stop for touring cyclists like me. The bedroom was spacious and clean, and just outside the hotel there is a garden and a swimming pool, ideal on hot summer afternoons. Buffet breakfast was good, and there is also the possibility to have dinner in the hotel's restaurant.

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Wir haben einen guten Tipp zum Essen in einem nahegelegenen Weingut erhalten. Für uns war das ein Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg nach Hause.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage und herzliche Besitzer

Sehr schönes Hotel mit allem was notwendig ist. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Ebenso das Bad. Es gibt jeweils einen großen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit. Alles ist sehr sauber und gut in Schuss gehalten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich. Die Besitzer sind mit viel Herzblut bei der Sache und alle im Haus sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Meran und Bozen sind sehr gut erreichbar. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze am Haus. Leider war es zu kalt um das sehr schöne Schwimmbecken im Freien nutzen zu können. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt auf dem Weg von Florenz zurück nach Deutschland.

Der gesamte Aufenthalt mit meiner Frau und unseren Freunden war für perfekt. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder im Stamserhof gastieren.

Ruime kamer en badkamer, rustig, goed ontbijt en erg schoon.

Eigenlijk niets,maar er is wel enig achterstallig onderhoud: wc die blijft doorlopen en kraan die alleen maar met veel kracht open en dicht gaat.

nettes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück und ausreichend Parkplätzen

gute Lage in der Nähe der Autobahn die man aber nicht hört. Frühstück war sehr gut, kostenlose Parkplätze waren auch ausreichend vorhanden, netter Gastgeber/Personal unser Zimmer hatte zwei Balkone wo man auch draußen sitzen konnte

Ein schöner Landgasthof nahe Bozen und Meran

Großes Zimmer und große Dusche. Balkon. Alles sehr sauber. Nettes Personal. Gute Tipps für Restaurants für den Abend. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Fahrstuhl im Haus.

Die Matratzen müssten höher sein, so dass sie über den Rand des Bettgestells kommen. Oder der Lattenrost höher aufliegen, so dass die Matratze höher kommt und man nicht mit den Beinen schmerzhaft an der Kante des Bettgestells hängen bleibt.

Acogedor y tranquilo hotel

Un acogedor hotel ubicado en un pequeño pueblo (Andrian) muy tranquilo. Su dueño nos acogió y mostró una atención personalizada que agradecimos des del primer momento. Habitació grande, con balcón y unas vistas espectaculares. Rodeado e campos de manzanos y con piscina. Pocos huéspedes y muy respetuosos. Las instalaciones son muy acogedoras y el desayuno tiene todo lo necesario.

Poco a poco el hotel va reformando aquello que con el tiempo va quedando más antiguo. No tengo nada en si que no me gustase. Quizás les animaría a poner una tostadora en la hora del desayuno. Un placer haber tenido la oportunidad de conocer este lugar.
