All Good… tq With a nice view

Very disappointing experience at Hotel Mardhiyyah. The service was chaotic from VIP parking to check-in. My request for a room facing the mosque was confirmed twice by phone but was not recorded in the system. The toilet pump was faulty despite the high room rate of RM450 per night. Breakfast service was equally disappointing—disorganised drink stations, poor staff response, long waits for soup, and our food was cleared before we had finished eating. Definitely not the level of service expected from a hotel at this price. Needs serious improvement.
