The apartment itself is lovely and had a balcony looking over the water. The bed was very comfortable and the room was well equipped. The parking space is a bonus. We chose not to go to the town in the evening as the hill is steep!
We couldn’t work out how to check in and had to knock on another flat downstairs who rang the owner for us. The area outside the apartment block is a mess.

Beautiful view. Clean. Layout was spacious
Property owner said twice I could leave my bags at 1030 before check in. She stated someone would be there to take the bags. Got there and rang the bell multiple times and waited 25 minutes before taking our luggage down the hill to town. She texted at 12 and told me to come back to drop bags but we had already ordered lunch. I let her know we would have to get a cab and would be there after lunch. When we got there she gave the keys to someone who lived in one of the units in this apartment building and said to us “that’s why there is a check in time” and abruptly left. The woman who actually helped us was very kind and didn’t even work there. Don’t expect to store luggage here even though it is advertised they will and even if they agree via multiple messages. Sorry to have to leave this review as the room and the view were amazing.

Stunning. We stayed in the "apartment with a deck". Let's just say the deck part was an understatement. It wrapped around the entire apartment. It was on the top(3rd floor) and was definitely a penthouse suite. The entire deck had the most gorgeous views of all of Cavtat...the whole bay, the sea, and the surrounding hillside. Truly breathtaking. I doubt there is an apartment with a better view in the entire town.
The walk to the bay and town center is an extremely easy 5 minute walk. The walk back up is a little more challenging, but no problem if you are only moderately capable.
The apartment decor is simple, but very nice and clean. If we ever come back, we will absolutely stay here again.
The hosts are amazing! So friendly and helpful!
I couldn't find a coffee maker. I'm sure the hosts would have remedied that if we had asked, but we were only able to stay for 2 days and it wasn't worth the trouble. Delicious coffee is available right down the steps.
