Very helpful and lovely staff and very good facilities

The breakfast and dinner! The staff was fabulous.

The standard is like a modern hotel - full coverage of WiFi, air conditioning, TV with all the app, bathroom with all you need - but the building remained old style, very well coherent with the city. Super the breakfast with all you could want both local or international, good enough the dinner with a little bit more limited the choice (but we joined late, so may be something ended).

The breakfast and dinner were great. I loved the way the restaurant area was decorated! The location of the hotel is really good too. The view we had from our room was quite nice.

For some reason, the hotel is marked as a 4 stars hotel here on booking.com but it's actually a 3 stars hotel - this is stated on the hotel's description on Google and by the hotel too. This should really be updated as it's very misleading!! I had specifically filtered by 4 stars hotels when I was looking this up. The room was not that clean, especially the bathroom - we found a used soap bar in the shower and hair in there too. The toilet was also looking pretty nasty with some yellow stains around. Everything was quite old and there were very little amenities. A lot of stains and scratches on the floor and the desk in the room. We checked out the gym area and it had quite a lot of fitness utilities but it was located in the basement and it wasn't well aired at all - there was a funny smell in there so we left quite quickly. No one else was in there. The beds were clean but I didn't find them comfortable at all and I really had trouble sleeping there.
