    I stayed at Riviera Spa Resort in June 2026. Fully recommended. Location - has its own little pier for shuttle boats to Camino/Blue Lagoon (£15 round trip) or Bluewaves Watersports & Diving centre again located right next to the hotel building to book excellent trips, I did a full day £35 trip which visited Camino, Gozo, crystal lagoon. Being able to do these trips right from your hotel is a big plus. The hotel is also next to a small beach shared with the other hotel and a £5 uber/bolt away from Paradise Beach which is beautiful. Hotel itself is very cool with many dance/exercise activities daily, available by the pool or at their gym/dance studio. Also has indoor pool sauna etc. I cannot rate the restaurants highly enough. The open buffet breakfast was so large and included everything. Whether you like savoury (eggs/omelettes/cheese ...) or sweet (pudings, fruits, yoghurt, cakes ...) with so many options. The young people working there were SO HELPFUL, POLITE, SMILING, immediately cleaning up the tables and making space for new people or helping with anything we needed. Excellent staff! The open buffet dinner was also very generous and full of options, also great value at £25. We also tried the a la carte fish restaurant and left very happy. Everything is delicious and dinner is between £15-30. I like the hotel facilities a lot. Large comfortable terrace with bar to watch the sea and the island across, the yacht club/large lobby is very comfortable, as well as the separate library room and pool table/shuffle boards. Excellent holiday really.

    Clean rooms and facilities Breakfast is full lf delicious options Friendly staff The area is not close to Valetta but within 30 minutes drive. Location is calm and away from city noise. -May be the hotel needs to ilvest in more comfortable beds.
