We had a wonderful stay with my family. The location is quite calm, foods are amazing, rooms are cosy. We celebrated birthdays there, they organised a nice cake and also upgraded our rooms. Thank you for making our stay more unforgettable. ❤️

The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Everything about our stay was perfect, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.
While the location isn’t in the city center, it’s ideal for a weekend getaway. The hotel feels secluded, offering a peaceful escape that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a whole different world.

The room was with reasonable size. The personnel was helpful and supportive. Location was good for those who would like to stay away from city hassle, especially it would be good for those coming in warmer season. Variety of food was good and rarely repeated from day to day. On the positive side there was also a pool and the spa in the hotel.
Pool and spa - could be cleaner and updated. The saunas needed to be booked ahead, although no particular reason could be found for this. The whirlpool in the sauna area did not work. First, the attendants said it is set for 1 hour timing, however, it later appeared it did not work at all. New Year`s dinner - preannounced already during booking, distributed on the paper during check-in, displayed on the screen before the start of a dinner and printed out on the dinner table, promise of free flow of vine, beer, soft drinks appeared to be NOT APPLICABLE. When contested with the manager, we were given the opportunity to freely order, however those not protesting were required to pay for the drinks. On manager`s guidance, all the menus from the tables were gathered. Although solved for us, it gave a very bad impression and disturbed us a lot.
