When we arrived member of family waited for us. House and apartment is older but very stylish with large terrace. Everything was OK.

The owner (and his family) is very friendly and helpful. Definitely he is a good man and host. The apartmant is well equipped,the beach is near to the house and it is not crowded by humans. It is dog friendly. I really recommend.

First, the friendly host should be mentioned. Then I liked the huge terrace and Seaview. I also liked the well-equipped kitchen. Seaside was close.
The WiFi sign was weak and sometimes the internet provider was suspicious about the bad internet. I would suggest using a powerline adapter to extend the WiFi sign in better quality.
