very bright spacious and comfortable two-story house with 135m2,. Ground floor loft with large living room and kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Salon with two balconies overlooking the sea.

Air coditioner in all the house. Wooden floors. sound insulation glazing in the balconies facing the sea.
Private parking for 6 € / day (on request).
Fiestas alicante June 20-25. Fiestas del barrio 5_9sep. Both very beautiful and original, but noisy.

Three golf courses in the vicinity, one accessible TRAM (San Juan Golf) and two with vehicle (Bonalba, Plantío).

Very friendly owner, oppositie the beach (you have to cross the road), near the old center, enough space and clean.
