The apartment is lovely with plenty of room for the 4 of us on our holiday. Luxury touches like the whirlpool bath were a treat. Located in an area with a pleasant restaurant just around the corner and 2 supermarkets in easy walking distance, the apartment is a reasonable walk from the old town or the harbour, or you can catch the (fairly) frequent bus service from just down the hill. Be warned though, the hills are quite steep. You will probably end up fitter than when you arrived. Kate was very quick in repsonding to any queries, and her daughter Daria was still preparing the apartment when we arrived. Daria provided us with some good recommendations for eating, shopping and excursions. Thank you!

Lovely spacious apartment with a sun terrace - spotlessly clean with good amenities. It is well located with a short walk to the beach, the harbour and the old town. It's right on a bus route if you are going further afield. Just been fitted with a new bathroom including jacuzzi style bath. The only downside was the DVD player wasn't working, but that is a minor point. There are quite a lot of steps to get up/down to the property but we knew that and were prepared for it. There's a great restaurant just at the bottom of the steps leading to the apartment. The owners are absolutely fantastic and couldn't do enough to help during our stay - they even arranged transport from the airport for us. Communication was excellent both before and during our holiday. Highly recommended if you're thinking of going to Dubrovnik.

This apartment is so comfortable and has tons of room. There were 6 of us and I’d have to say that we never felt cramped at all. The location is very centrally located and is close to just about anything you made need during your stay. The only down side are the number of stairs you’ll have to climb to get to the apartment.

I had a brilliant holiday made perfect by the accomodation and people. Kate, the owner of the apartment was responsive and made our stay comfortable. I would certainly recommend Dubrovnik and this apartment if you wish to go. The views are amazing! Michael.

Location good, banks, shops, restaurants nearby. Fjelica restaurant with excellent and affordable food. The restaurant is immediately below the apartment. The apartment is stylish and has all the necessary equipment. Kate, who rent apartments, it is very helpful and friendly. Will certainly help with any problems if any, will be. WE RECOMMEND!

ingleseitalianospagnolo The important things to say are: The house was beautiful, just like you see in the picture, with three bedrooms is not very large but still habitable, comfortable two bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi, air conditioning and LCD televisions in the lounge and bedrooms, plus Free and unlimited Internet. The kitchen is very functional, it also has a dishwasher, there is also a washing machine, ironing board with iron, the drying rack and a panoramic terrace, where some in the evening when the wind is right you are well. Near the house there is a beach that is called "Bellevue beach" nice enough, then there is the port where cruise ships stop and not far away there are other beautiful beaches always reachable on a scooter. In fact one thing I recommend is to rent a scooter down to the harbor, so close to home, maybe to rent for a longer time and there should always change money because they do not take commissions. With the scooter into the house is 5 minutes from the old town. The house is located in a quiet place to sleep at night, the only thing a bit awkward to do is a grand staircase and then walk with your luggage when you arrive or we go. But if you go up top and down is not much better because the scales are less and then have to go down and not up. The people who greeted us upon our arrival were very polite, very helpful to any question posed in the house, also because living in front of the house. The advice to all.

good place, good people

We enjoyed Villa Leon very much as well as the city of Dubrovnik. The flat was lovely. Everybody was very kind with us and helped us for everything we needed. The big problem we found, though, were those endless stairs to reach up to the flat, specially hard for my 70 year-old father and my 2 year-old son. Fortunatelly, they were helpfully with our baggages and we finally got in shape during the holidays ;)

The 7 of us were all very pleased with the rented place. It was spacious enough for all of us and very clean and modern. All facilities were perfect and ready to use. We were welcomed by the most friendly woman I have ever met and the family owning this place were super friendly and helpful whenever we needed it. I would easily recommend this place.
