O atendimento foi excelente! A Ester nos recepcionou com muita simpatia e atenção, além de compartilhar ótimas dicas de passeios e sobre a estadia. Na sexta-feira à tarde foi oferecido um café, mas não conseguimos participar no horário. Ainda assim, ao chegarmos à noite, fomos gentilmente convidados a aproveitar o café, mesmo fora do horário estipulado, o que demonstra um cuidado e atenção diferenciados com os hóspedes.
O condomínio onde a pousada está localizada apresenta necessidade de melhorias, com alguns pontos que demandam manutenção e melhor conservação. O acesso à praia encontra-se prejudicado, especialmente em função da maré alta, que comprometeu os muros de contenção no entorno. Quanto ao café da manhã, atende de forma satisfatória, porém poderia ser mais variado e aprimorado, oferecendo uma experiência ainda mais completa aos hóspedes.
