Quercy house of character, classified 4 stars (national classification of furnished tourism), clear and bright, well equipped, decorated with care. 5 spacious bedrooms, sleeps 12, 200 m2 in 3 levels, with wood burner in large fireplace, covered terrace, private garden of 1400 m2 with trees and flowers, private pool secured by alarm (9.5mx4.5m), bowling alley and large barn equipped with games room (ping-pong, table football, children's games, table with 8 chairs, low energy lighting), parking in front of the house.
Former winemaker's house, enlarged and embellished with a dovecote at the end of the 19th century, the house was completely restored and refurbished in 2011-2013.
Furnished and decorated in the traditional style of the country, equipped with quality equipment, the house can comfortably and comfortably accommodate up to 12 people, in a very quiet environment.

Monsieur et Madame Henin ont été des hôtes formidables!
Aux petits soins pour nous!
La maison est très bien située, à 10/15 minutes de Figeac, ville très agréable où l'on trouve toutes les commodités. Les villages qui entourent Causse et Diège sont aussi authentiques que la maison.
Si nous n'avons pas pu profiter pleinement de la piscine, ni du boulodrome à cause du mauvais temps, la magnifique grange a permis de belles parties de ping-pong, baby foot et même badminton!
C'est une location que toute notre famille recommande aux amoureux des beaux espaces.

Splendide maison rénovée avec passion, dans un style rustique, campagnard.
Cuisine bien équipée, grands frigos, plaque de cuisson un peu petite pour les grands groupes.
Jardin appréciable, bien entretenu, superbe piscine XL, belle petite terrasse sur pilotis avec une grande plancha (défectueuse lors de notre séjour mais on a pu s'en servir quand même avec patience).
Attention, pas mal d'allers retours dans des escaliers à prévoir (à considérer avec des bébés/enfants, fatigant mais pas dangereux car les accès sont verrouillables), et présence en bas de quelques bestioles, mille pattes et autres araignées qu'il faut chasser le soir, rien de terrifiant mais il faut s'y attendre.
Pour moi, c'est le seul mini bémol avec une literie un peu vieillotte et pas super confortable, on peut s'attendre à mieux au vu du reste des prestations et du tarif.
Michel le propriétaire est très gentil et discret et communique parfaitement avec les locataires avant et après le séjour
Bref nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et nous recommandons cette maison!
