Yogyakarta Marriott Hotel

I sincerely would like to thank Marriot and the team for the great hospitality I and my family received during our stay.. you have exceeded my expectations and I must say your staffs’ hospitality is one of the best I have encountered and needless to say .. top notched! From the cleaners to reception to restaurant and to the concierge.. you guys nailed it. The pool was adequate and the breakfast was wide spread and superb! Again many thanks 🙏🏼

I just have one complaint.. I booked for 3 adults but the double beds that were provided in the rooms are not the regular double beds and are much smaller .. hence two adults had to cramp ourselves in one double bed.. that was very uncomfortable.. hope you can do something about it!

Very comfortable stay with a good location right next to the mall. Hospitality of the staff was commendable. Breakfast buffet was amazing and very vegetarian friendly.

Bathroom doors were a little transparent so careful if travelling with family

It was well located and beside Pakuwon Mall. One of the largest mall in Jogja. Staffs were spoken and super friendly. Would like to thank Mr Fadhol and his team for making this a memorable, comfortable and enjoyable stay. Well done!!

An amazing hotel from start to finish. My 12 year old son and I had the best time ever The greatest staff, throughout the entire hotel, I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. From the concierge, to the restaurant staff, to the cleaning staff. Just top tier service unlike anything else I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve stayed at the Taj in Mumbai. The food for the breakfast buffet, the dinner buffet and the in room dining was exceptional and a really good, safe way, of experiencing Indonesian dishes I’ve never tried before. The chefs take real pride in their work. The concierge staff, Munir in particular, helped me out with multiple things including scooter rental, a jeep tour of Merapi, and transport from the train station, plus load of info about local attractions and services. I had a massage in the spa which was also very good and very reasonably priced for a five start hotel. The whole experience was excellently priced for someone used to rip off rip off Britain. I will definitely be returning to this hotel one day, and next time with the whole family! Also there’s a mall attached which was really nice and modern with lots of eating options, and also Keisha Laundry just around the corner from the hotel is great for cleaning any dirty clothes you have. I honestly can’t recommend this hotel enough.

The fact that the pool shut at 6pm for cleaning, and you couldn’t go back in until 10pm, this cleaning should be done after mid night.
