Overall it was an adequate stay, but not somewhere I would book again.

Easy to walk to the main square. Friendly check-in.

The apartment felt bare. No art on the walls. I didn't realize there were other units being offered, so the pictures that I thought were what we were getting were for a different unit. There was only one air-conditioning unit for the whole apartment. So that meant no air conditioning in the bedrooms. The pullout couch was not comfortable at all. The other beds were ok.

Once we were inside our place, we loved it

The security of the place you felt really safe, very clean and modern, decorated nicely, the staff was very accommodating, the location of shopping was right outside the doors, everything was within walking distance

The direction to the parking garage was not good with our GPS it sent us to somewhere on the other side of town, when we finally found the parking garage, the steep hill that you had to climb with your suitcases and then a flight of stairs, no elevator

There were four of us, and they prepared two sets of keys for us, even though we didn’t request it. The location is superb. Apartment was clean.

The location is superb, but it can be a bit noisy, and you can hear people talking as they pass by the street. However, I think this is just due to the location, and others staying here might experience the same issue. Even though it was noisy, I wasn’t sleepy until 1 AM, but once I fell asleep, I couldn’t hear anything and slept through the night.

A delightful location in Siena.

This was possibly the most comfortable bed in our three weeks so far in Italy and France. The room is very large and clean. The location is very convenient to the sites in Siena.

The WiFi does not work in some of the rooms, including ours, which was number 4. We were okay without it, but this may be an issue for colors. If you drive, it is a long walk from the free parking lot.

Elegant but smelly

The building is very nice and the decor is very tasteful, especially in the master bedroom. There is a small terrace, but it was too cool to sit there during our stay. It's an internal area so no view at all but has a small table and chairs. Kitchen area is tiny but well designed and there is everything you need for a short stay.

The smell. The whole apartment was beautifully clean but after the first night a problem emerged. The bathroom was heavily but pleasantly scented when we arrived, but over time the smell of the drains overtook the fragrance. We stayed for 2 nights and by the time we left the smell was unbearable in the bathroom. So, whilst the host was wonderfully welcoming and helpful and the apartment is attractive and perfectly located, the drains really need attention. Staying 1 night is fine, but longer than this you may have an issue.

Top location, clean and comfortable!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was good, even for a larger group of people. The beds were large and there was plenty of space. The location was absolutely superb - it is close to the main square, the bus station and other main sights of Siena.

Because the apartment was on the main street, it was very noisy, even during early morning hours. There was no ventilation in the bathroom and the whole apartment was a bit dark - there were no main laps in the bedrooms and some of the lights weren't working. The main disadvantage was that there was no wifi at all.

Emmanuel our host met us within 5 minutes of us arriving. He was thorough, very helpful and friendly! The location is very good. The place is clean and tidy with everything you need. It only needs a few nice wine glasses. Thanks for a very pleasant and enjoyable stay! Will definitely recommend.

no mirror in the bathroom, a/c did not work and with open windows and a noisy street below sleep was hard to come by. also no way to let people in! this is more Airbnb than hotel. two from our party arrived later in the day and there was no way for them to contact us in the apartment.

A great stay in Siena!

This was the perfect apartment for our stay in Siena. We really enjoyed the size of the space and it was an added bonus having a kitchenette and fridge (although we couldn't get the cooker to work?). The ammenities were excellent and the room was a cool escape from the heat outside, perfect for an afternoon siesta. The staff were very accommodating and allowed us to check in using a code and access the keys and store our luggage after our check out while we waited for the train. The apartment was in a great location, only a 5 minute walk from the infamous Piazza Del Campo!

Absolutely wonderful!!!!

Actually reading the reviews before we went to stay here I nearly wanted to cancel the trip but I must say I am delighted we didn’t the place was amazing really lovely, no noise and bedrooms very spacious, lovely shower and bathroom. Very central. The lady who met us on arrival was absolutely lovely 😊 and gave us lots of information on the Palio etc. would definitely recommend to stay here. Thanks a million for a lovely stay.

Only thing I would say is a coffee pot suitable for the induction hob would be great😊
