La piscina, aunque hay que arreglar las escaleras y el piso principal.
La barbacoa espectacular y la privacidad de la casa
La vivienda de abajo necesita una buena reforma y dada la cantidad de mosquitos que hay en la zona yo propondría poner mosquiteras

La ubicación en alto y cerca del mar propicia que la temperatura sea muy agradable y no se pase calor. El salón de la planta principal es muy grande, cómodo y luminoso. Las vistas son una maravilla. El porche en la planta baja, junto a la piscina es ideal para no pasar calor tras darse un baño.
La planta alta es perfecta. Mejoraría aspectos de la planta baja, así, el baño necesita una remodelación. El frigorífico es muy antiguo y las baldas están oxidadas. El ventilador del salón da mucho aire, pero lo sustituiría por aire acondicionado porque le da mucho el sol y hace mucho calor en esa estancia.

dos plantas perfectamente equipadas con cocina , baño, salon. Perfecta para dos familias y mantener un poco de independencia. Casa, jardin y piscina muy limpios. Todas las persianas de las ventanas motorizadas y aire acondicionado por toda la casa.
El somier de la habitacion con baño hace un ruido tremendo. No se puede cerrar las puertas del garaje con el coche dentro ya que abren hacia dentro, y tampoco se puede bajar la persiana ya que choca con las puertas metalicas. Falta un trozo de valla de la piscina, en la que se ha colocado una escalera de mano sujeta con gatos (con niños no es de lo mas seguro).
