Located in Benissa Costa – La Fustera, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this stunning 250 m² villa welcomes up to 8 guests in a peaceful setting, perfect for family or friends.
The villa features 4 air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor, 3 with en-suite bathrooms, plus a guest WC. All bedrooms have 2-meter beds; three have twin beds that can be joined. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use.
Enjoy a spacious, bright living room with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, Nespresso and filter coffee makers), and a TV lounge with foosball—ideal for relaxing.
Outside, the private garden invites you to unwind with a pool (heating available for an extra fee), outdoor shower, covered and open terraces boasting beautiful sea and mountain views. A charcoal barbecue lets you enjoy meals outdoors. The patio features a second equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, Nespresso and filter coffee makers) and a large teak table for 10—perfect for shared moments. Hammock, swings, and sun loungers complete the relaxation area.
For your peace of mind, parties are not allowed.
Bed linen, bath, and beach towels are included in the cleaning fee.
La Fustera beach is just 800 m away on foot, with restaurants and bars nearby. A sailing school offering paddle, windsurfing, and sailing is 5 minutes by car. The nearby La Fustera supermarket offers a wide selection of international products. A car is recommended.

Pros: The pool was amazing, the children loved it plenty of shaded areas if you wanted to be out of the sun. The villa was cool, clean and very spacious perfect for 2 families without feeling crowded.
Cons: Mosquitos were horrendous! We all got eaten alive despite citronella candles/ incense sticks/ plug ins and body wipes!

Pros: The house is really nice, and is located in a quiet area close to the beach. It offer the best possible facilities for a great holiday. We felt it was like small paradise.

Pros: We were two families with four children ages 3 to 11 years old and we had a great vacation! The house was clean, beautiful and it was beyond our expectations. The pool was well used and the beech La Fustera on walking distance was perfect for our families. We had a great communication with the owner and everything went smoothly. We can truly recommend this house!
