This home is nestled right on the Gulf of Mexico, making it easy to spend all day lounging on the island's seven miles of pristine beaches. You'll have a total of four parking spaces, so park your cars and hop on the air-conditioned free trolley to explore Pine Avenue's fabulous boutiques, restaurants, and fishing piers to the north, or historic Bradenton Beach to the south.
Rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower and step inside this spacious rental to cool off. This home for 12 consists of north and south sections, which have two bedrooms each. Each section also includes its own kitchen, living area, free WiFi access, flatscreen TVs, private washer/dryer unit, and sunny patio with gorgeous views, making it perfect for accommodating large groups without sacrificing space or privacy. This was the 3rd or 4th time my family & I have rented this duplex. It's clean, convenient, & great location on beach - quiet but still very near to everything island has to offer. Love the screened in back porch, shrubbery & trees which provide coverage from sun. Enjoyed watching dolphins & all the birds, including osprey nesting nearby.

My family loved everything about it!! The screened in porch was a favorite--perfect place for our family lunches, and just hanging out!, It was right on the beach, clean, handy to shopping. Look forward t going back!!

The property was clean but needs some updated furnishings and the small space could be better used. For the price, I have stayed in much nicer homes on the gulf coast. The original home we booked sold so we had to alter our original plans. Vacasa was wonderful to work with through this process so this review is in no way towards them but the property itself. Cheap furnishings and uncomfortable beds and pillows did not make for a relaxing vacation.
